Health and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. From the age of 9 I began competitive figure skating and spent endless hours training on the ice and in the gym!
Still to this day working out is one of my favourite things to do. I love being able to challenge myself daily and achieve new fitness goals. I’ve been able to learn so much about my body, mind and nutrition throughout this journey. There are endless resources around us and I am so thankful to have friends who I can constantly look up to for fitness and lifestyle inspiration. It has such a big impact on my day and I too love sharing this passion with others. Through my social media I am constantly sharing workouts I have curated and workouts that I love from other inspirational people.
I know how hard it is to struggle with body image, and by promoting health and fitness I hope to show others that with a plan you can achieve your goals.
It can be a frustrating time to deal with gyms closing again, but there are thousands of workouts available to us at our fingertips. I wanted to share some of my favourite that make me feel good and help me stay fit!
